Food was good but the upcharge for a little shredded cheese was a bit pricey. Would've liked to know how much more it would have been first.

I love the place and enjoyed the meal. The management may want to consider giving more training to their new staffs. Our new server did not know the dishes too well and forgotten to refill drinks. I don't really mind but my partner did.

Disappointing. Stopped based on Cracker Barrel reputation but they are below the mark. Biscuits were dry, old and left over from the night before I think. Since I came on a Sunday morning would have thought they would be fresher. Grits were way under cooked. Tomatoes were wilted. But the fresh fruit was good and Laura did a great job.

First time visitor, chicken & dumplins were not all that great, to thick & doughy need to be thinner, I've had better..Waitress was very pleasant & enjoyable to talk to..if I ever go again, whether this restaurant r another, I'll order something different

They always have good food and nice waitress .And they will get you in as soon as they can.

Could not get my food right in 2 times. Dont know what is going on with them but something isn't right. GET IT TOGETHER.

Meatloaf was bloody...Green beans had hair in them Mashed potatoes was hard and nasty... Very disappointed spent over $30..

It was WONDERFUL and we all enjoyed our lunch very much. The waitress was an amazing woman and that made our lunch even better. Can't wait till we get to go back. Nothing like fantastic home cooked meal.

Their food is always great and their staff are the best kind of friendly you could experience other than at a locally owned diner or coffee shop.

On hour seven thousand mile trip we had occasion to visit many Cracker Barrels and they're all very good, great service, and good food at a very good price. You can't go wrong at Cracker Barrel

As I was passing thru Alma, Arkansas on the Interstate - I seen my favorite restaurant: Cracker Barrel, sitting right beside the road beckoning for me to come in and dine. And dine in, I did! I turned my car onto the exit ramp, and it led me right to the restaurant. I was very impressed at the service I received here!! My wait was less than 10 minutes, and the staff knew how hungry I was, so they sat me right down. I was served delicious food with expert table service given, and left the restaurant a happy man with a satisfied mind. Yep, Cracker Barrel still knows how to make food - the "country-cookin" way!!

Our server Taylor made our evening! She was extremely sweet and helpful! Definitely coming back here

I love Cracker Barrel and have gone to them in many places... This one had terrible service and the portions were lacking. I will continue to visit CB, but that was just a terrible experience.

My parents eat here at least twice a week. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is out of this world. The people who work here are truly exceptional people! Everyone makes them feel welcomed and it feels like eating at home. My mother celebrated her 87th birthday here today and everyone sang happy birthday to her! It made her day! Thank you!!!

Something happened to Cracker Barrel since they changed menus. Last 2 trips there I have ordered plain hash browns. Both times the came out white and mushy. The first time they were completely raw potato inside and I sent them back. When the returned, they were white on outside and a little better inside, but still mot cooked. Third trip back the cook bunt them and mashed them down so hard it was like a fish patty. Please send you cook to Waffle House when the shift is over and order Hash "Browns" and they can watch them make them and Learn how. Thanks

Friendly staff. Food was fresh and tasted great. Love the store area. Really takes me back to my childhood with all the throwback candy and chocolate bars.

Still great food and service, seems like they aren't skipping a beat with covid-19. Great job staff.

Tea taste like lean on water.beans didn't taste like beams taste they poured some kind of liquid in it didn't taste like beams juice asked for biscuits got cornbread that wasn't a big deal On a good note waitress and breast of staff was very nice

Cracker Barrels are usually trustworthy roadtrip options - clean restrooms, comforting food, interesting knickknacks to poke through. My niece and I stopped during a long drive from Little Rock to Seattle, were seated and then pointedly ignored for 20 minutes. Two or three other tables had patrons and servers spent a great deal of time attending to their needs but never once approached our table. After a few games of golf tee solitaire and still no menus or water or even eye contact, we left (I let the host know we were disappointed to have been so neglected) and found a non-chain local diner (4 Star in Roland OK) where we were acknowledged and served terrific food in minutes.

Decided to order chicken dinner was good but ordered mac and cheese three sampler each cup is one scoop disappointed the containers were not even filled to the top it's not right to cheat people when they are paying for for food...?

Love their breakfast, And if you havnt tried the fried chicken you are missing out. Yummy

Food was delicious and hit the spot here. Ordered the homestyle boneless chicken and it was fried to perfection. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the prices are always reasonable for the amount of food you get. Its laid out in typical cracker barrel formation. With a giant gift shop up front with the registers. It's always a treat to get great food here.

Ordered the Sirloin Steak. Steak itself was pretty good, as were the sides but we had to get it sent back once because they undercooked it. I ordered it medium rare and they served it rare. Had it sent back and ordered it medium and they cooked it medium rare. Steak itself was actually pretty good, they just tend to undercook it. Sides were also pretty good. Our waiter was real nice although a little bit forgetful, but other than that it was pretty good and I enjoyed my food.

We go there often and generally have good service. This visit we were seated in the very back area. I wish I had paid attention to our waitresses name. She was such a good waitress. She was pleasant, attentive but, not overly so and as we were finishing she asked us if we wanted our drinks to go. In 18 years of eating there she was the first waitress that asked that question. Other restaurants have but, never Cracker Barrel. Sounds like a small thing but, made an impression on me!

Would have been a long wait because of the virus, but they had seating outside. It was a nice morning so we we go seating right away outside, l liked it out there better as anyways. By the way the food was good too, and plenty of it.😊

Before this time, I was not a huge fan of Cracker Barrel. However, my timing on that night was perfect. It was a loooong day of driving and the menu was full of "feel good" meals. Thank you for being there for me.

The chicken and dumplings was delicious but it could of had more of the juice on it

The lemon pepper grilled rainbow trout was good. The Brussels Sprouts and Kale Salad is a new favorite. Similar to a slaw, this is a cold salad, but sweet. It also has pecans and I think dried cranberries.

Cracker Barrel is our home away from home. The food is great as is the service. On Christmas Eve they were closing at 2:00 PM. I still needed one more gift that I had forgotten. I went to the door and it was already locked. I knocked on the door and explained my situation and the door keeper allowed me in to purchase my gift.

I always find Cracker Barrel has good food, good service, and clean restrooms.

Cracker Barrel is usually a great place to eat. The food is reliably good and prices are reasonable. Good luck with getting decent service if you're not a local here. My son and I stopped in today for a meal on a long drive. We were virtually ignored by our waitress, both got cold food and had to wait nearly 10 mins after asking for the ticket. Ridiculous.

I love Cracker Barrel. I have been going to them everywhere. The menu is usually @ the same. So if u don't know where else to eat, u always no they have good food. If you're fancy, u may not care for it, but we do. The staff is courteous and prompt.

Cracker barrel is one of my favorites. If we could just keep the 3 star and above servers that would be great. I seem to be having more than enough trouble with first time servers.

Great food friendly servers promt service. Unfortunately due to the covid-19 thing, we had to sit our kids at one table and we had a second table, as all the limited bigger tables were taken and social distance was in effect. But really, that's a good thing in the long run right?!

Who doesn't like cracker barrel? I have eaten at almost every one on interstate 40 from Arkansas and throughout Tennessee! Haha and many more in other areas. Always the same great, courteous staff, regardless of where I go.
